Simmons is a Gymshark athlete and an Alani Nu athlete. In this video, Simmons starts off the video explaining that no matter what, if people do the same things like the same workouts and eat the same foods, we will still not all look the same. She explains how it is important to listen to your body and continues to show what she eats throughout her day in between workouts.

Kayla Itsines

Kayla Itsines is another Instagram/fitness model who is the Sweat app co founder and head trainer. The Sweat app currently has 1 million followers on Instagram and provides hiit, strength, barre, pilates and yoga workouts on the app. Itsines also provides free videos on her Youtube channel that are similar to the Sweat app. She started off posting her at home workouts during covid and she has blown up from there.

Erin Killeen has recently become pretty big in the fitness world. She does not post too much on her Youtube channel but promises that she wants to start doing so. Killeen blew up on TikTok and posts most of her workouts on both TikTok and Instagram. Killeen is a sponsor for the pre-workout brand Bucked Up and the women owned/operated fitness clothing line, Buffbunny Collection. Killeen also has her own website linked on her social media accounts that provide her followers with her specific programs. The video linked up top is her most famous TikTok that made her go viral.

ToriVFit is a darcsport and Bucked Up athlete. Her brand is to inform and empower people by posting her personal life, fitness journey, bodybuilding journey and eating/ eating disorder journey. She is an open book on social media and mainly posts videos on Youtube and TikTok. She is also a personal trainer and has been heavily training for bodybuilding competitions. The video linked is one of her show days where she prepares for her competition from morning to night and shows every detail. She includes video footage from the hotel, the competition and her enjoying some sweets after the competition.

Demi Bagby is another fitness influencer who started off on TikTok. She now uses Youtube an dInstagram to document her life and has her own fitness page called Demi Bagby Fit located on Instagram. Bagby is an athlete who enjoys doing crazy athletic things whether it be bootcamp training or gymnastics at the beach. She is always posting content that shows how athletic she is and how determined she is. I think what makes her different from other influencers is her crazy videos doing workout stunts and she is super energetic.

Daisy Keech

Daisy Keech initially became popular by posting her workout videos on Youtube. She became the most popular during quarantine and would post daily videos for her subscribers. She eventually became an Instagram and TikTok influencer. Keech actually co-founded the famous Hype House and eventually left. Keech currently uses her personal Instagram account for her social status and her fitness page called Keechpeach is where she posts her workouts/food posts. She also has a workout program linked on her workout page that includes a twelve week program and her own detox.

Leana Deeb

Leana Deeb is still up and coming in the fitness world. She recently became popular on TikTok for posting her workouts and meal preps. She is well known for her ab workouts and is a Gymshark athlete. She is currently a fitness trainer and her website is Leana@genflow.com. What makes Deeb so different from other fitness influencers is that her website doesn’t just include workouts/meal prep. Her website includes her Spotify and Apple Music playlists as well as her personal GymShark link.

Taylor Anderson

Taylor Anderson is a current TikTok and Instagram influencer. Anderson has become popular on TikTok and you will most likely find her and her best friend Cassidy Condie dancing to TikTok trends. It wasn’t until after she blew up, she started posting her workout videos and uses the term “water the peach”. She is fresh in the workout world and does not have any sponsors yet. I have been watching most of these influencers from the beginning and I can’t wait to see what she does in the future.

Leila Hannoun is another female Gymshark athlete and Youtuber. Hannoun posts most of her meal ideas, meal preps or where she goes out to eat on her Youtube channel or Instagram account. Hannoun is different from most Gymshark athletes because she is vegan. In this Youtube video linked, she provides clips of what she eats throughout her week and how she builds muscle by eating vegan and working out.

Yazmin Stevens

Most of Stevens videos are her weight lifting strategies or collabs with other weightlifters or Gymshark athletes. In this video Stevens trains with Olympic gold medalist Meso Hassona.
